must know wt is it, but i m chuffed to share wif u
so its a measure of the price paid for a share relative to
the annual income or profit earned by the firm per share
A higher P/E ratio means that investors are paying more for each unit of income
so heres the formula,

Dividend Yields-
another fundamental measure for investors is the amount that companies pay to shareholders in dividends
as stocks have fallen, the dividend yield on stocks has jumped

for the last 51 years the dividend yield on stocks has been lower than the yield on 10-year Treasuries
but that has changed, wif the 10-year's yield barely above 3%,
equities actually pay more than safe government bonds!!

the magazine found that 74% feared the consequences of an Obama Presidency
n 19%who worried about John McCain assuming the Oval Office
The surveyed executives feared that Obama's emphasis on big government

n his plan to hike capital gains on big earners would stifle growth and job creation
also, the executives worried Obama doesnt understand the links between trade and growth well
n he wont be aggressive enough in solving America's immediate energy crisis

at my pt of view, i dun fully agree of them even i dun hv rich econ. knowledge backed up
but i think we need to give some times to new president

he won this election, that mean USA will hv a new gov. n polity
is it reli gd? none can know now
but we can take from McCain's loss n Obama's win
even there r differences running a campaign and a company

which is a clear vision, clean execution, and friends in high places
also its Obama's decisive win
a clear vision, If you want to inspire followers, you simply cannot recast your message
like McCain's health-care policy wif real merit but he always presented it confoundedly complex
so is it a clear vision?
conversely, Obama's msg was simple n aspirational
he talked about the failings of George W. Bush,change and hope and health care for all...etc
he can give ppl a pic of his polity so that its easy to let ppl know wt he wanna do

n the weaknesses that threaten our prosperity the most
its similar to a model which i hv learnt in maketing - SWOT
n strategy will pt out wt to do n wt not do to
in dealing wif a crisis, experience teaches us that steps to address the immediate
problem must support a long-term strategy
thus, its essential to USA to hv a LT economic strategy
saving that, USA hvnt a LT economic strategy affect her competitive

more n more companies were bankrupt in hk
it hv shown the power of financial tsunami is
recently, The World Bank plans to increase loans to some poor countries
to make up for dwindling private fund flows to these economies
n the international lender aimded to double its LT loans
to those countries form US$13.5billion last yr to help them cope wif the global credit crisis

the move came as the International Monetary Fund,
another multinational lender,offered help to crisis-struck countries like Iceland n Ukraine

also The World Bank loans would be targeted at about 10 poor countries in asia n africa
such as Ghana, Bangladesh n Cambodia - as the IMF focused on emerging
The World Bank will offer LT loans of 15-20yrs
n also consider emergency loans to these countries

even The World Bank is willing to loan but hv u ever thought

Halloween Cake----Devil's Cake

since halloween is comin' soon
all of u should hv a party in that day
a cake is essential for a party!!!
so i think devil's cake is one of the suitable cakes for u =]

(and its very easy to make!!)

here is the recipe...

INGREDIENTS
Flour....................120g
Eggs...............3 pieces
Sugar....................100g
None-salt butter.....100g
Soda powder.....1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder.......1tbsp
Chocolate...............80g
Salt..................1/4 tbsp
Milk........................80g

Methods

1. Melt chocolate by hot water

2. Stir cream until white, add sugar,

cocoa powder n mix them well,
add egg for several times, then
put flour chocolate n milk
3. Paint oil on the baking model,

pour paste in

4. Pre-heat the oven,

set the temperature in 170

bake for 1 hr

its a recipe for a cake, if u wanna be a hallween cake, u can add some elements on it
make a spider net as surface, wtever create ur own HALLWEEN CAKE heehee

i think its time for me to share some pet care
first of all, EYE CARE
we should pay close attention to our pet's eyes n seekin' veterinary treatment
if there is anythin' amiz s' important in tendin' to the welfare of our pet
also to the speedy recovery of a damaged eye
nomal eyes r glistening n clear!!!
there should be NO excessive blinking, discharge, redness or rubbing of the eye
even salvagin' a damaged eye is of umost importance,
painful non-functional eyes which cannot be medically managed will need to be removed...
although it sound radical n distressin'
but its a way to provide much needed relief to animals...

but some of these animals r physically handicapped or suffering from other medical problems

a hapi endin' of Tana

Tana had serious skin problems with her face and legs

shw was found badly abused...she was poor...
after a six-month stay with treatment in SPCA kennel,
so that her condition was getting well

finally, she got her overdue luck...
she was adopted by the Consul General of Austria— Maria Moya-Gotsch
she is very kind n caring
no matter Tana 's skin problem will get well or not
she still adopted Tana
now Tana is fully recovered n living a luxurious lifestyle

look at Tana, how adorable that she is


i believe all of u can also give hapiness to some homeless animals
to make their life be bright

as her owner needed to move to new home that doesnt allow pets
so that she cant stay in a warm home anymore...

THEY NEED UR HELP

we will do wtever we wants out of our impulse
but sometime, our decision will affect many things
nowadays, there r many homeless animals in hk

but who will care for them??
just now, i read SPCA site
they try to protect animals their health and welfare
and promote kindness to them
its just parts of their aims
they think animals are living creatures which like human
they able to feel pain, hunger and thirst!!!
however, there is 1 thing which they r different from us----THEY CANT SPEAK
so that they dun know how to tell others when they r abused
its reli distreeing when i hear abiut this...
y they gotta take this pain?!
we always say WE NEED TO TREASURE OUR LIFES
but y we cant treasure theirs? do u think its unfair?
even u hvnt done this kinda cruelty, isnt representing u can ignore this problem
we also can give them a hand
being a volunteer in their charity sales
since charity sales are one of the major fund-raising events for the society
our help will benefit the many abandoned and abused animals in HK
